[2016]

Ardebiliha Mosque is one of the historical mosques of Rasht. The building of the mosque consists of a rectangular structure built in the style of a pillared nave on one floor. The main entrance of the building leads to the courtyard through the courtyard. The location of the building next to Seyyed Ibrahim’s tomb in the city’s historical market and its proximity to the neighborhood of Saghrisazan and the poor condition of the structure, the severe wear and tear of the brick bodies, and the destruction of its wooden elements caused the attention of the city administration and effective institutions to the issue of protection and restoration of this mosque. With the preparation of the plan for the restoration and organization of the building, implementation measures began in June 2019. With the implementation of structural strengthening operations of the building, removal of the additional half-floor, restoration of architectural decorations and wooden accessories, restoration of external walls, restoration of tiling, and restoration of the floor and ceiling of the chapel, under the supervision of experts and skilled craftsmen, it was completed in June 2021.
