Since the structure of the site was influenced by the Cartesian geometric network of the Tehran City Master Plan and the formation of the building at the intersection of Hafez and Taleghani Streets due to the growth of the city in relation to its roads, the project site was connected to the residential structure from the east and north sides and on the west wall. and the south is related to metropolitan uses.
Based on this, the overall structure of the plan by observing the two types of physical structure related to the site has led to the creation of a building respecting the privacy of the residential context and creating a dialogue with the landmark buildings of the urban wall, whose geometry is affected by the geometry of the context, observing the functional zoning of the Faradast plan and Compliance with the visual corridors of existing buildings.
Horse and foot access to the site, as well as the path of rescue vehicles, are affected by the geometric order of the site in open spaces.
